Glasdias in der universitären Wissensvermittlung

On 28 March 2025, Frank Kessler and Sabine Lenk presented a paper on “Glasdias in der universitären Wissensvermittlung” (glass lantern slides in academic knowledge transmission) at a conference on teaching aids held in Pforzheim. They discussed the conditions which had to be fulfilled for the projection lantern to become accepted as a didactic tool in the university, the ways in which it changed academic teaching and how collections of lantern slides were built.
